She has her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of MO – Columbia and her Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Keller Graduate School of Management. Prior to joining ECJC, she spent several years at RSM US LLP in Entrepreneurial Services.

As Managing Director of the Growth Mentoring Service at the Enterprise Center in Johnson County, she connects entrepreneurs with expert mentorship to support their growth. Rebecca also leads Vault Consulting, an initiative designed to empower communities with loan readiness and lending skills. With years of experience in banking, coaching, and training, she’s earned national recognition for her contributions to entrepreneurship and workforce development. Rebecca loves sharing her expertise through speaking, writing, and mentoring.
