Companies selected to participate in the highly-competitive Pitch Perfect Investment Bootcamp attend weekly sessions for 8 weeks. Class topics range from the anatomy of a perfect pitch to valuations to market strategy. Pitch Perfect is taught by experts in investment and entrepreneurship with frequent guest speakers. Each participating company gets personalized feedback on their initial investor pitch and receives guidance in re-creating their investor pitch based on expert feedback.

Are you an entrepreneur running an established company looking to grow and scale your business? Get advice and build relationships with a customized team of business leaders, executives, and serial entrepreneurs through ECJC’s Growth Mentoring Service.
The Growth Mentoring Service is an ECJC program modeled after the established and highly recognized MIT VMS mentoring program. This program which connects experienced entrepreneurs with a team of skilled volunteer mentors. We use a group mentoring approach consisting of a lead mentor and a team of 3-4 mentors that meet together with the entrepreneur(s) in monthly sessions that provide practical, day-to-day professional advice and coaching.

FUNDING & CONNECTIONS TO CAPITAL
For 20 years, the Enterprise Center in Johnson County has been recognized as the leading provider of capital connections to early-stage businesses in the region. In addition to workshops and trainings, the ECJC manages the Fountain Innovation Fund and the Mid-America Angels investment network. The staff of the Women’s Business Center also manage the Women’s Capital Connection, an organization formed to educate women investors and support women entrepreneurs. Through a partnership with Justine Peterson and the Women’s Business Center, the ECJC is also able to facilitate connections to debt financing and micro-loans.
