The Incubator Space  

The Enterprise Center of Johnson County manages a 13,366 ft² facility with 33 individual offices, one company suite, 4 conference/meeting rooms, a reception area, break room and storage areas.

Office Amenities  

The ECJC offers tenants and clients access to many complimentary services such as conference room access, mail service, coffee, facility maintenance, reception services, social/networking events & much more. We also offer pay-per-use services such as copies/printing, postage, faxing and other on-demand administrative work companies may occasionally need.

Conference Rooms  

The ECJC incubator has four meeting rooms to accommodate groups from 2-person meeting to larger, 25-person workshops. All rooms have conference tables, white boards, internet access and phones. Three of the conference rooms include digital overhead projectors. These conference rooms are available to all of our clients and tenants.
Outside groups may use our conference room facilities during normal business hours for a fee.

Virtual Office Options  

Not all companies need physical office space, but do find value in our on-demand business solutions. Virtual offices allow companies the benefit of having a professional mailing address, a person to sign for any packages received, optional phone answering service, limited conference room time per month and access to our copy/print/fax/scan machine.
