Our Cancellation Policy for Public Workshops:

• You may cancel your registration up to 3 business days before the program.
  
• Your registration fee will be refunded less a cancellation fee.
  
• If you need to cancel less than 3 business days prior to the program you may
  

1. send a substitute or
   
2. transfer your registration fee to another program that is scheduled within twelve months of our original event. 
   

• Please note that if you don't cancel and don't attend, you are still responsible for payment. Substitutions may be made at any time.

Our Cancellation Policy for ECJC Golf Tournament:

• You may cancel your registration no later than 2 weeks before the scheduled event (no later than May 8, 2013 for this year's tournament)
• You may not change golfer names less than 2 days prior to the event.
• Sponsorships may not be canceled once payment has been received.
