Doug Allen, CIO of Pioneer Financial Services - a division of MidCountry Bank, will explore the current marketplace of peer to peer lending. Mr. Allen has been an investor and peer lender at Zopa, Prosper and Lending Club for the past year and he will discuss the current state of P2P Lending, including investment opportunities and what's going on with the regulatory oversight of this new but growing area of social networking. Doug has over 30 years experience in the technology industry in positions as diverse as computer programmer, hardware repair technician and networking engineer. He was CIO at Johnson County Community College and has 10 years experience in the Financial Services sector at Franklin Savings and Pioneer.
